I Have A Bruise That Showed Up On The Bottom

I have a bruise that showed up on the bottom of my right wrist and I didn't it hit it on anything. The weird thing is it started itching really bad and when I looked down it was bruised. It is a little sore now. I'm a little concerned because I had surgery on this wrist a few years ago for keinbach's disease, do you think this could be another bone that is dieing or should i see my doctor?
