I Have A Buldgey Lump On My Inner Thigh On

I have a buldgey lump on my inner thigh on my right leg about the size of my palm, but not on my left leg. Also have a smaller buldgey lump on the back of my neck that isn't sore but lately I have a stabbing feeling in my ear and behind my ear with more frequent headaches and sore stiff neck!
