I Have A Bulge At My Solar Plexus Area When

I have a bulge at my solar plexus area when I lie down and then use the muscles to get up, is that a hernia, my stomach above my belly button is very sensitive when pushed in, especially after eating, when I am very bloated. My stomach hurts more than it should when my grandkids are playing with me and hit me in the stomach, they are very young 2 and 5.
