I Have A Bulge On The Side Of My Neck.

I have a bulge on the side of my neck. Almost feels as if my thyroid is swollen on one side. I also have a feeling like something is in my throat. I can feel myself swallow it but it doesnt go anywhere. I have white patches on the inside of my mouth. I have white bumps on my lips. I have difficulty swallowing at times like my food gets stuck in my throat. I have been dealing with this for a year. I have been to doctor but all he can seem to tell me is its allergies. He said i have alot of fluid behind my ears. He did a strep test and it came back negative. He put me on Loritidine, Flonase, and Promethazine. Im always sluggish and very tired. Dont have much of a appetite. Ive had weight loss. Went from a size 22 to 15. I fear something serious is going on with me. Doc hasnt done any bloodwork or anything. I just want to feel better. Im a mom to 2 special needs kids and i need to be better so that i can care for them properly. Help!!
