I Have A Bulging Disc Around Area C5-c7 Which Is

I have a bulging disc around area c5-c7 which is causing me pain on my shoulder and numbness on my middle and index fingers. Today I started to feel numbness on the tip of my nose and the left side of my lip. Can that be related to the same problem? Had an MRI and an EMG test, Emg test results were normal
