I Have A Bullmastiff Male , 2 & 1/2 Years

I have a bullmastiff male , 2 & 1/2 years old , intact , who has small blackish looking 1/2 cm - 1 cm diameter skin bump on his rib area , fine needle aspirate said Sebacecous Epithelioma , recommends complete excision to evaluate degree of invasiveness. it has been 3- 4 months , it feels like there is a round firm mass like a pea under the skin , loose and not penetrating to the tissue but caused small bump and small swelling to the skin. Because I am showing him , my concern of removal is the formation of scar .... ( cosmetic issue )
