I Have A Bumb On My Anus On The Left

I have a bumb on my anus on the left side the size of a pea, i have diarrhea or abnormal stool samples freauently and i have no tolerance to hold my pee. I also have these red bumps on my skin that itch and pain in my torso . What can it be please help
