I Have A Bump Inbetween My Buttcheeks Almost At The

I have a bump inbetween my buttcheeks almost at the top. It hurts so bad tht I can barely sit or stand. I was going to get my fiance to bust it for me when gets off work like he has done the others just so I can have some relief from this pain because it's going on three days and I can barely function. He was saying something about what his great grandma did for his and that was put epison salt on it after its burst and his never came back. It's hot to the touch but very painful. I just really don't have the time for sitting in the er all night
