I Have A Bump On My Back Almost Right On

I have a bump on my back almost right on my spine that swells up and turns a bluish color.when u squeeze it,it smells really bad. The swelling goes down and returns to normal color but then it always comes back. What is this and what do I need to do to get rid of it
