I Have A Bump On My Hip And Back Of

I have a bump on my hip and back of my neck that wont go away. Ive had both of them for sometime now. When I push them hard a very foul smell of brown pus comes out. The one on my hip i pushed most of it out and now its sore. What are they, what do they mean and how do I rid them?
