I Have A Bump On My Left Chest Above My

I have a bump on my left chest above my breast that I found by accident. I went to my pcp who did a breast exam and then pushed on the area. He diagnosed it as costochondritis but I'm still worried. Today I've had some pains in the middle of my chest and in my upper back between my shoulder blades.
