I Have A Bump On My Lip Its Kind Of

I have a bump on my lip its kind of big it was hurting at fist but now its OK it was just my skin color then turned kind of whitish but I put a hot towl on it and it drained clear but its still kinda big I've added rubbing alcohol on it which irritated it can this be herpies
