I Have A Bump On My Penis. The Bump Is

I have a bump on my penis. The bump is not on the penis. The bump is in the skin. I have foreskin covering all the way to the tip of the urethera. The bump on the skin is on the right side of the shaft. Middle part of the shaft to be exact. Stranger still when I touch it and move it around. It feels like it formed from the other side or rather the inner side of the skin. Again the bump is not on the penis. It on the inner shaft fold of the skin that covers the penis. There has been no tingling, itchin, numbness, doesnt appear to pop, my partner noticed it sunday. I noticed it wednesday. I dont have any burning while urinating. I dont know what it could be.
