I Have A Bump On My Perineum. I Am A

I have a bump on my perineum. I am a female and a bit concerned about what this could be. People have said an ingrown hair or pimple but it has not pus to be a pimple and you do not get hair where this bump is located. It bleeds when I wipe. What could this be? Should by gyn check this out?
