I Have A Bump On My Tibia, Not Near My

I have a bump on my tibia, not near my ankle, but in the middle. It isn't painful to touch or tender. I have been really tired lately, but I also have been under a lot of stress. I know that it could be from bumping into something, but I can't remember and don't think that I have.
