I Have A Bump On The Top Of My Clitorious

I have a bump on the top of my clitorious above the hood it has gotten bigger on size it's painful to the touch it looks like an I grown hair because I've had them before but not in this area. It's red with a dark spot in the middle like it almost has a head but there is no hair folic here. What is it?
