I Have A Bump On The Underside Of My Stomach

I have a bump on the underside of my stomach that will go away and then it randomly comes back out of no where. It will hurt for a couple of days, and then it will leak a fluid that is clear with a blood tint, sometimes even white puss, and it has a very fowl odor. I've been dealing with this for months. What could this be?
