I Have A Bump On The Upper Right Side Of

I have a bump on the upper right side of my leg, its on the outer part of my body by my hip bone. It is swollen and very tender to the touch with minor red discoloration been hurting for a few days, but today it has became more painful to walk. it looks like a bite but im not sure 100 percent because i dont recall getting bitten by anything.
