I Have A "bump" Or "cycst" On My Vagina Near

I have a "bump" or "cycst" on my vagina near the right side close to my leg.... It is round in the center and hard … the skin surrounding it is reddish purple and appears to be almost square? It just "appeared" yesterday and has grown today... And naturally it is the weekend !! Anything I can do at home before Monday?
