I Have A Bump The Size Of A Grape Or

I have a bump the size of a grape or so I the area between my vaginal and annul openings. It is EXTREMELY painful! It started hurting yesterday and has gotten worse. I can't sit, stand, move or even lie down without it hurting. I also now have a headache (could be caused from being so tense due to the pain in my pelvic region) and I started running a small fever (99.8). I don't know what I should do. I can't even touch the area without wanting to scream!! Please help!
