I Have A Bunch In My 2 Nd Toe Between

I have a bunch in my 2 nd toe between the joint and the ball of the foot. It does not show at all. but it feels when I walk, But when I try to locate it I can't feel anything. it does not hurt when I try to feel for it. Any ideas.
Looking in that area you would not no anything is going on. No redness, no hardness.
