I Have A Burn That I Got On My Leg

I have a burn that I got on my leg from a motorcycle exhaust pipe. Burn happened last Thursday. I put on a new bandage monday and took it off today and there was green pus on the gauze that it was wrapped up in. Is my burn infected? do I need to seek medical attention or will good care clear up the problem in due time?
