I Have A Burning Feeling Soreness From The End Of

I have a burning feeling soreness from the end of the buttocks/anal to vagina area but no burning when urinating. I also feel inflammation inner pelvic. Noticed this one day after intimacy. Used a condom. But there was penis groping first on vagina area. Could this be a sign of a std?
