I Have A Burning Mouth. The Tip Of My Tongue

I have a burning mouth. The tip of my tongue and lips burn constantly. Have stopped medications, gone on diets and many more attempts to see what causes it. Cannot see a pattern. Going on for two years. Have been to and ent, oral surgeon, dentist, and tomorrow I see a neurologist. Any ideas? The areas that burn are also very dry.
