I Have A Burning Pain On The Lips Of My

I have a burning pain on the lips of my vagina, towards the skin nearest the rectum. It only burns when pee runs over the area. But it does feel a little swollen which is leading to discomfort all day. Is it possible I wiped to hard to cause that area to be raw and swollen? That's the only thing I could think of. (Ghetto truth, I ran out of toilet paper and had to pee so bad before I ran to the store so I used a coffee filter and it didn't feel pleasant)
