I Have A Burning /pain Sensation In Both Of My

I have a burning /pain sensation in both of my ear lobes. I had this happen over ten years ago. No one in the medical field could really find out what it was. It finally went away on it's own but it lasted for months. Sometimes the symptom is worse than other times. I can wake up in the morning and the level of pain is negligent.
