I Have A Burning Sensation In My Shoulder Down My

I have a burning sensation in my shoulder down my tricep muscle to the elbow on both sides of my body. Most of the time the pain is more intense on the left side, but is also on the left side. I have no chest pain but am having some stomach issues. Could this be related to my stomach ?
