I Have A Burning Sensation On My Right Tricep That

I have a burning sensation on my right tricep that came and went over a span of 15 years but it has gotten to the point that is now constant. I believe 15 years ago I pulled that muscle lifting heavy objects. I am now with the addition of a burning pain have muscle spasms on that right shoulder. I cannot bend my arm backwards. I cannot even put on my belt. There are times I cannot even lift my arm's own weight. I am just guessing but I feel I might have torn something in there. What is it?
