I Have A Buzzing In My Ears As Well As

I have a buzzing in my ears as well as sinus pressure and some aching in my neck and tingling in my hands, legs and toes and a heavy feeling in the middle of my chest. I have been not feeling well since just before Thanksgiving and I have been to my doctor several times. I had a sinus infection and finished a round of antibiotics a couple weeks ago. Last week I was worried about some symptoms I was having an went in to my doctor and she ran an EKG, had an x-ray of my chest done and blood work. All of which came back normal. I'm still not feeling well. I also noticed when I was flossing a sore tooth which I will be having checked out on Thursday.
