I Have A C-section Scar That Is 26 Years Old

I have a c-section scar that is 26 years old - it itches on occasion, but has not in a long time. I noticed today that I have a red spot about the size of a half dollar on my c-section scar that seems to have come out of nowhere. It doesn't itch or anything, but it is weeping a little... Any ideas?
