I Have A Cartridge Artery That Is 55 Per Cent

I have a cartridge artery that is 55 per cent blocked. I have been told we don't do anything until it's 70 percent blocked. However the side of my head and neck hurt. A throbbing pain at times. Wakes me up at night. Should I have it checked again. It was checked 4 months ago.
