I Have A Case Of Anal Itch Which Is Persistent.

I have a case of anal itch which is persistent. I started to develop it while cycling. It felt like an itchy rash outside the anal skin. I have tried a few itch reducing creams without success. It seems to flare up after a distance ride. Are there any over the counter creams that might help. Embarrassing and have not sought a doctor yet.
