I Have A Catheter After Surgery For Prostate Cancer. It

I have a catheter after surgery for prostate cancer. It didn't bother me initially and I went for 10min walks with no discomfort, but now 7 days post surgery I find it uncomfortable to go for walks. I feel like I have to pee, irritated at glans etc. How can I alleviate this discomfort or what is it a sin of. I am fine when lying down, standing and while sitting.
