I Have A Chalazion On On My Inner Lower Lash

I have a chalazion on on my inner lower lash line. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and have done everything from warm compresses to applying castor oil on it twice a day and it hasn't helped. It's somewhat small but it's bright red and not flattering at all. Does ice on it help it at least not be red or what can I do to make it smaller?
