I Have A Change In Bowel Movements About 1-2 Weeks

I have a change in bowel movements about 1-2 weeks ago. When I go, there is little movement, solid. I have on and off pain between left & right side, but mainly on right. The pain is usually on the right and above the belly button, but has been in lower abdominal area as well. It has been from sharpe quick pains to a dull constant pain at times. Thoughts?
