I Have A Change Of Bowel Habit Over Last Few

I have a change of bowel habit over last few months alternating in thin stools to much softer tools. I have been under a lot if stress lately and my go says I have ibs. I had a flexible inspection of lower bowel several yes ago and only found an internal haem morons. I have no other symptoms but am worried it might be more serious.
I am nervous to see my doctor always thinking the worse. Can you help?
