I Have A Childhood Friend Now Age 71 Who As

I have a childhood friend now age 71 who as been on 3x daily doses of Klonopin for 15 years or more. She is now losing weight, losing appetite total memory fog and confusion to the point where I thought she might have dementia. She also has shaking in her legs and hands. Shouldn't she see a neurologist. The psychiatrist continues to prescribe healthy doses and has now added buspar for intermittent anxiety. She is also on Effexor. I am really concerned as she had to go to. An emergency room3 times in a 24-36 hour period ut was never admitted
