I Have A Chronic Cough For Over A Year, Had

I have a chronic cough for over a year, had pneumonia in 12- 2015. Recent cat scan due to a 6mm nodule found last year is the same. But now I have a calcified granuloma in left lobe, nodule is in right lobe. No Doctor knows why I need to suck on cough drops constantly or I cough. And I am short of breath. I do have EDS. Everytime I bend over I get dizzy. I am a 73 yr retired RN
