I Have A Chronic Cough, Sometimes With A Little Phlegm,

I have a chronic cough, sometimes with a little phlegm, that comes from under sternum. Especially when I lay down. I do have post nasal drip. I have used NasaoCourt, acid refux medications, Mucinex. It has become very bothersome both during the day and night. Do you have any suggestions?
