I Have A Circular Cyst Or What Not I Have

I have a circular cyst or what not i have been to 2 urologist who have looked at and said it is nothing to worry about even though there is some irritation. I have notice some skin colored bumps around this irritation after my last visit .i asked though if i see some bumps around it should i worry and he said no i am concerned still do i need a dermatologist to give me a answer? I can upload pics if need be
