I Have A Clear Bump On The Outside Of My

I have a clear bump on the outside of my bottom lip it's 1cm or less doesn't hurt but is annoying and hard not to pick at.
Just wondering what this is
I saw a description of a mucus cyst but that just seems to appear on the inside of lips not outside
