I Have A Clear Discharge From Both Nostrils.it Starts First

I have a clear discharge from both nostrils.it starts first thing in the morning and I notice buildup in my throat overnight.Causes a lot of throat clearing.I have to blow my nose repeatedly all day long.If I work hard it is more severe and in the cold the same.Is there some reliefe for this.I go through from three to five boxes of two hundred tissues per box a week.Thats a lot of nose blowing and discharge.
