I Have A Clear Liquid That Builds Up Most Commonly

I have a clear liquid that builds up most commonly on the underside of my feet. It looks like a black head though if I squeeze it a clear liquid with a slight brown hue comes out. I have no cuts or breakage of my skin. They build-ups do not hurt. They just feel hard. What might that be?
