I Have A Click In My Throat Near The Thyroid,

I have a click in my throat near the thyroid, i did thyroid function and it is positive and also ultra sound and they found tiny cyst on the thyroid 1m . I also did endoscopy and everything was normal . But i still not comfort with the clicking also there is feeling as there is something stuck in my throat
