I Have A Clitorial Hood Abscess. It Has Progressively Gotten

I have a clitorial hood abscess. It has progressively gotten larger. It's about the size of two grapes. It is extremely painful to sit, walk, or even attempt to move. I am currently using antibiotics and pain relievers. How long will it take to burst on its own? Coming up on 4 days.. the past 2 being the worse!
