I Have A Cluster Of Bumps On My Chest That

I have a cluster of bumps on my chest that appeared on my chest on 8/31/2015 I thought it was from my cat. A day or 2 later I came down with a chest cold that I can't seem to get rid of. I am improving some but it seems like I haven't felt normal forever. Does the rash or bumps have anything to do with the chest cold?
