I Have A Cluster Of Small Red Dots On My

I have a cluster of small red dots on my upper left arm and slight bruising right below it. I haven't hit or bumped into anything lately so no injuries. I also have a dull pain right below my left collar bone and behind my left shoulder up onto my neck. Any idea what's going on?
