I Have A Cluster Of White Puss Filled Bumps Some

I have a cluster of white puss filled bumps some had hard pus others has a creamy peach color pus. They are located just outside of the anal hole area on both sides. Please what may out be. Also he has had many bright bloody bowel movements and has a hard bulging knot located near upper hip in front like the pelvis area.
