I Have A Condition Like Athletes Foot. It Doesn't Itch

I have a condition like athletes foot. It doesn't itch but has a foul odor and my socks get slightly damp due to a sucreation. This is primarily focused heavier on my left foot between the ball of foot and underside of toes.

I have tried a regiment of cleaning well and applying Lamysil cream to the affected area as well as in between toes and on top of my toes as well.

I can not get rid of this.
