I Have A Condition That Has Been Getting Progressively Worse

I have a condition that has been getting progressively worse for the last 20 years and to this date no one has been able to give me a diagnosis. Horribly swollen feet and lower legs with a weeping that has caused a crud on the skin of my lower legs. swollen abdomen swollen upper body extreme weight gain and I eat barely anything have difficulty swallowing. can no longer walk at this point and sleep sitting up. Help me I think I am dying.
